The Get Good Being Healthy Program
The Get Good Being Healthy (GGBH) Program is a transformative 6-week journey designed to empower individuals to optimize their well-being across all dimensions of health. Led by the expert team at East West Integrative Health Clinic, participants will delve into the foundational elements of health, including detoxification, nutrition, fitness, hormonal balance, and the essential components of a healthy lifestyle.
Throughout the program, participants will explore key performance indicators (KPIs) for health, known as SEAMMS: Sleep, Energy, Appetite/Digestion, Mood, Menses, and Stress. Through interactive sessions and comprehensive resources, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these indicators impact their overall well-being and learn practical strategies to improve them.
The GGBH Program provides a supportive group environment where participants can connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and receive guidance from our expert facilitators. By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge, tools, and motivation to cultivate sustainable habits, enhance their vitality, and thrive in all aspects of life.
