No. If we already have a doctor-patient relationship established this program is to compliment what we are already working on. If you are looking for me to be your doctor, we would need to establish that relationship and that would require a new patient consult and the development of a plan of care which may include this program.
Absolutely. This program is to complement healthcare you are already receiving. So if you have been struggling making the necessary lifestyle and wellness changes that are going to improve your health, then this program is in line with that.
No. At this time, insurance benefits do not cover wellness programs.
Although we may talk about different supplements and their benefits for your health, they are purchased separate from the program.
Although we are a clinic and do lab testing as part of our clinic services, this program does not include lab testing.
